Big Destinations Deserve Big Displays
At IMEX America 2026, destination and hospitality exhibits used digital displays to bring their spaces and experiences onto the show floor. Popshap supplied LED walls, LED posters and touchscreens across multiple booths, giving each exhibit a format that fit its story.
From expansive property imagery to colorful vertical displays, the technology added a strong visual presence while working within distinct booth designs. Exhibitors could showcase what made their offerings memorable and give visitors more to explore.
SOLUTION
LED Walls and Posters Put Every View on Display
Large LED walls brought hotel properties, city skylines and event spaces into focus. Integrated into exhibit walls, these displays created prominent areas for visual storytelling without taking up valuable meeting space.
Vertical LED posters added another layer of visibility along an open booth entrance. Positioned between meeting areas, the displays showcased vibrant destination imagery while keeping sightlines open and complementing the surrounding design.

Touchscreens Turn Information Into Interaction
Popshap’s touchscreen tables and displays added hands-on options alongside the large-format visuals. One touchscreen table featured a menu with venue information and game options, giving visitors several ways to explore the exhibit’s content.
The installations also showed how interactive technology can fit different settings, from an open booth to a compact meeting nook. With LED displays for visibility and touchscreens for exploration, exhibitors had flexible tools to support presentations, conversations and participation.
