Interactive Navigation for a Busy Show Floor
SupplySide Global 2026 brought the supplement, food, and beverage industries together at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. With the event spanning Bayside and Shoreline exhibit spaces, convenient access to floor plan information was an important part of the attendee experience.
Popshap supported the show management team with touchscreen table kiosks configured to bring the event floor plan directly to attendees. The project paired large interactive screens with event branding to create a consistent presentation for digital wayfinding.
SOLUTION
Branded Touchscreen Tables With Floor Plan Access
Popshap provided 13 white 49 inch touchscreen table kiosks with custom vinyl logos. Twelve units shared one logo treatment, while an additional unit received a separate design to meet the project specifications.
Software configuration included a screen saver and setup to run the ExpoFP floor plan supplied by Informa. This combined the touchscreen hardware, branded exterior, and event content into a practical resource for exploring the show layout and locating exhibitors.

This project demonstrates how Popshap combines interactive hardware, custom branding, and software configuration to support event navigation. Touchscreen table kiosks give organizers a dedicated platform for presenting floor plans in a format attendees can explore themselves.
Beyond wayfinding, touchscreen tables can also support exhibitor presentations and product exploration. The supplied show photo illustrates this application, with a table kiosk displaying equipment imagery at the Heat and Control exhibit. These flexible applications allow touchscreen technology to serve both show management needs and individual exhibitor experiences.
